Planning Appeal Breaking News

They seem to reckon that if a bunch of dissafected (mostly) male, young
eastern europeans are plonked on their doorstep, in an open centre where
they can come and go as they like, then the crime rate will soar. That,
coupled with the sensational stories from the tabloids about organised
eastern european crime, gang wars and prostitution.

I haven't really taken a lot of notice of the whole thing, as, if the
gubbmint want to build it then they will, there's **** all I can do about
it.
