  2. Great, but not as good as The Who's set, IMHO.

    And though it sounds heresy to say it, the best showmanship seems to
    have been from Robbie Williams.

    Eh? I didn't rate the Who at all. The version of "Who are You" was
    terrible. Daltry's voice has lost its power. Townsend can still play a
    little though.

    Floyd, well I'm biased. But... I was listening to Who's next this
    morning so maybe the comparison's too recent. "Behind Blue Eyes";
    fantastic track.

    Sort of. It was at live8. There's some nice quality "watch again"
    links on www.aol.co.uk/live8 but I think you might have to sit through
    the whole thing to get to floyd and they only do 3 songs.

    I loathe big concerts, so I've not seen him play live, but Ch4's
    Knebworth coverage was brilliant[1]; he's probably the most natural
    'pop entertainer' since Freddie Mercury. He was really just clowning
    last night - mind, I think he was right out of his tree.

    Thw Who were great, shame they only did two numbers (or did I miss
    some?).

    And why was it running sooooo late?
