Pinging the K100 owners....

  1. A'noon all,

    Varying places suggest 35-40 psi front and 39-45 psi rear.

    Anyone got a tried and tested ideal ?

    Sir is travelling solo, but as you know is not waif like in appearence.

    Still fitted with the ever so wonderful Michelin Macadams.

    Back when I could still be bothered, I used the method of setting the
    pressures to what I thought was right, then going for a good run and
    checking the hot pressures at the end. If the increase in pressure was more
    than 10%, then the starting pressure was low, if it was less than 10%, then
    the starting pressure was high. Adjust and repeat. Whether a 10% increase
    in pressure through tyre heating is the ideal is another question entirely.

    Manual footnote says add 50% for Brownz.
