I'd say this will be it.

So that makes 5 in total? Love to see a photo of that.

    For real?
    What do these two mean?
How do you differentiate between these three?
    Rules, rules, those crazy rules...

    (Always happy to help)

PS. In Qld the passenger is breaking a liquor-licensing law instead of a
traffic law. Something about "outside licensed premises..."

Cycle exceed 40kp/h after sunset (capacity 100ml or less) 75

I believe those are for cycles whose headlights don't cover more than 50m.

Fairly certain that's what I remember being told it was.

I'm hoping passengers aren't doing the driving..

AFAIK it's ok. I know in parts of the US, it's illegal to have 'an open
    container' in a vehicle

  17. Seeing as you can get breathalysed for being the only person in a car with
the ignition one (as you are allegedly in control of the vehicle) I wanted
    to make sure.

I'll tell Mad-Biker said it was ko.

Yeah a cop I spoke too said it's mostly the over zealous HWP types that
carry ticket books on them. Regular cops will do all the ticket writing back
    at the shop.

  19. But they wouldn't be passengers yet if they were still waiting for the bus.
Unless you splashed the mud *really* high, through a window...
