Ping; lowest age of consent

I know that in the uk it is 16,and in the neitherlands its 14,but are
there any lower ones in the world?
I heard rumors of as low as 13 but not getting my hopes up. I have up
to a year to find out and decide so no big rush thanks you.

Also worth noting is that australia does *not* accept foreign age-of-consent
laws as a defence, and you can be charged with child sex offences here even
if it was legal in the country you were in.
