Dunno about the Cheltenham one, but I've always found the Bristol staff
excellent, and always had whatever I wanted in stock.

Wrong. The BOSM started off as Lozfest, to celebrate my 40th in 2002.

The Cheltenham premises is bigger than it looks from outside, but still a
bit smaller than the Bristol shop.
