It would be were it true - 7kg lighter in total though, part of which
is the swingarm. At least that's what I thought it said.
It's worth it just to see the pics of the TSS - simplicity itself.

I should bloody hope so - I doubt the swingarm on either the gixxer or
the 7R weighs 7kg in total.

    No, this is mine http://homepage.ntlworld.com/preston.kemp/mv/side.jpg
Same frame, forks, brakes & bottom end, but no TSS - yet...
    Charming!

Clever yes, but not necessarily in the bike lark as such. A certain
well know Italian car manufacturer beginning with F (the F in F4S) had
a lot to do with the MV's engine.

    Fiat?

I don't know much about engines, but hasn't varying the intake length
been done before on cars ? (something about resonance, which varies
    with the length)

Lol no - someone with a bit more knowledge of making things go fast.
    Yeah I think so.

Bodywork? Your place? As in like resprays 'n' stuff? If so, how much
would one be looking at for a full respray on a Corvette (C3) in a
different colour (white now - I want it electric blue)?

They're owned by Fiat though aren't they?

I think Fiat are the major shareholder, yes.

    pk {at} my muddystuff domain
    I most certainly would.
I planned on doing all the prep. myself, & even extended the garage to
do so. Then real life took over, the way it does. I won't be able to
splash out on it until I get a reasonable contract sorted with work[1],
but I'm hoping that'll happen in the next couple of months.

[1] On a rolling monthly contract at the moment - & have been for the
    last 20 months :-/
