    problems for thousands of years. So one of the ways modern society deals
    with
    these attitudes is to make laws and if you break these laws you get
    punished.

    So lets just abandon speed limits and lets have trucks/cars/bikes roaring
    down
    your local streets at 160klm. And bugger it, lets abandon drink driving laws
    as well as people love to drink and drive.

    But I guess you are one of these people that only wants laws when they suit
    you

    All Police are payed by the same employer. The Government..
    So, to answer your question, the NSW Police Force pays our wage.
    Where on earth did you get the idea that the rta pay us? Perhaps
    they should, after all, we are enforcing THEIR traffic legislation. The
    only time the RTA get involved, is when they fund overtime for special
    operations such as "Safe Arrival" around holiday periods. However,
    that overtime is not restricted to HWP, it goes to all Police who
    participate.

    Yep. Willowbank Raceway has some program for young hoons to vent their
    frustations. I went to a Historic Race Day there a few months ago and
    could'nt miss the site they use for burnouts.
