Phone nonsense

So, a short while ago my phone died.. the one that won't sync with a
pc so I couldn't back up numbers... Anyway in a fit of "productivity"
I now appear to have synced a 3 year old set of phone numbers from my
MS outlook contact list into my new phone.. but I'll bet a lot of them
are still useless and out of date.

Could any of you that are likely to be in my phone and might have had
new numbers at any point in the last few years, or use more than one
number, please drop me an email with the right details? Cheers.

Hardly all over the place. The list of people on Facebook who can
actually see it, with the exception of Ginge, already have it.
