It's not mine. It's a neighbours (at work) cat. That said I need to
have a serious word with the member of staff encouraging it.

Utter bollox. Our cats have their water coming out of a vertical
bottle, and they sure as hell aren't avoiding the food area.

Or are they claiming that it only works for cats outdoors?

I have a problem conducting my own experiment on account of the fact
the JR is managing to keep all cats at bay )
