And still no attributions and a fucked sig sep.

If I thought it was because you were obstinate it would be different.
it's just that you're so fucking thick you don't know *how* to fix it.

    You're a fool.

As long as Cane takes reasonable daily exercise the heart and cholestorol
stats should (if anything) improve. It's the kidneys that have to be
watched, they do all the extra work of converting the protein and uric acid
levels rise. It's not as big a risk as the Cereal & Bread Industry are
    making out though!

Is it as big a risk as the BMA are making out?

There are a lot of vested interest groups at war in that territory! None of
them are referring to the role played by Insulin Response.

They are ignoring the global research done into diet for diabetics, which
just happens to look a lot like Atkins. I'm not coming at it from the weight
loss angle at all. That they are doing so might be because UK doctors are
still giving diabetics the same old woeful advice. PC extends to the medical
    lobbies too.

Kinnel yes. More or less the whole of the Atkins diet is on my banned

You can't eat lots of vegetables, some fruit, lots of water, meat that's
reasonably healthy/not that high in fat etc.

But you can eat processed sugar, caffiene, chemicals and whatever else is
    'better' for you?

You have read the book haven't you Steve, rather then believing what you've
    seen on the TV/newspaper?

It's almost impossible for the UK medical establishment to accept the change
now. To do so would, for one, be to admit that they have been
    killing/maiming thousands of diabetics.
    </rant>

Half af leg amputations and a fair proportion of terminal heart disease
arise from type2's who have been put through the advisory high carb/low fat
    regimes.
My own Consultant at least has the decency to say "no comment".

I had a quad heart bypass a couple of years back. Unusual for a man of
my youthful years, so I was told. Self inflicted damage of course but
one consequence of it is that I know an awful lot about what I can and
can't(according to their rules) eat. I won't be going on the Atkins
    diet.

Now let us assume for a moment that I haven't read the book and I am a
fat **** who wants to be a thin one.

Why would I want to make some other fat **** even richer than he is at
the moment when I know in my heart of hearts that the only real way to a
slimmer self image is to stuff less food into my gob.

It don't take no books, just honesty with yourself.
