Performance and handling improvements.

    Easy, lose a stone in weight.

    The Blade is noticeably faster and handles much, much better. The same
    applies to the R30.

    I wonder what difference a further 14lbs will make... I'll find out soon.

    How many games did you win against me?

    I've also actually put on about 3-4 pounds in the last couple of
    months - really must start using the rowing machine again.

    Pretty similar to my diabetic regime. I'm getting really tired (1) of 14oz
    steaks, duck, trout, gammon roasts, chinese ribs etc.
