Just tried paying my Wandsworth borough PCN online, but the number
    plate / notice number wasn't recoognised. Eventually I transposed a 0
(zero) in my number plate for a O (oscar), and it goes through,
showing I owe £40 if I pay today.

If I don't pay, they won't find an address against their current
records, but some minimal human input would allow them to trace my
bike (it says "photo taken" etc).

I was just wondering if anyone on here knows what the rules are, they
    having effectively mis-recorded my misdemeanour?

    TIA

My boss got 3 years worth of tickets because Guildford BC had recorded his
Reg with a 5 rather than an S
he had to pay the lot.

Ping BGN about parking tickets, photographs and lots of letter to-ing and
    fro-ing.
