Parking by Manchester Uni

    Anywhere near the John Dalton Building in Oxford Road [1]

    Is it true that there's now no free parking for motorcycles in
    Manchester?

    [1 ]My OU tutorials are being held there this year.

    There was when I was there for an OU summer school a few years ago.
    The uni car park near Sackville Street had some bike spaces underneath
    the railway arches. Of course, things may have changed by now.
    Perhaps you should phone up to confirm.

    There used to be a courtyard in the centre of the JD building where
    you could leave bikes.

    however, this was a long time ago.

    like 20 years ago, there used to be openings at the front of the
    building too.
