Paid a NSW fine online? Check your statements

    Apparently the mob (Infingement Processing Buereu??) fuX0red their online
    payment system and people who paid fines in the last month or so may have
    been over-charged.

    Is that like supermarket scanning policy? If they **** it up, do you get the
    first fine for free?

    Id be asking fo a refund, say you changed your mind and dont really want the
    ticket after all

    i havnt seen than super market policy for years

    use to be if it gets scanned twice you get that item for free..
