We had the room on the top floor, second from the right in this pic -
absolutely bloody lovely, and a totally amazing view over the Monument
and Dam Square.

hotel. I made the rule after I recommended a hotel in Edinburgh to a
friend. It was a cracking little family run place that I used to use a

Well it's 244 euros per night for an executive room for Queens Day
weekend 2006.

 

The Night Watch is pretty cool though, as are their Vermeers

 

Gotta be better than the shite that Picasso turned out. Málaga is a
shrine to the talentless twat. Most of the local grafiti outshines
Picasso's best.

The Amstelkrieg Museum was also interesting, in a "preserved old house"
manner rather than "lots of paintings", especially the "hidden" RC
church in the attic.

disappointment after the Reichsmuseum.
