I was going to rejoin in the other thread again but I lost my place and
I can't be arsed to work out where I would have posted so I'm starting
    another thread.

Anyway, regarding turning the bike upside down and shaking it...

How about having a word with Bonners and coinciding the event with when
he's next down to sort Llanthony bridge as he could use that as a giant
    crane.

I can imagine him on the local "Well as you know we've been having
a lot of problems with this bridge over the last few months, and in the
end we were left with only one course of action which was of course Z13
inversion. Oy **** get off of my bridge..."

<G> I can see it now.

Fortunately, I have located the offending shim, and have no need of such
    drastic actions.
