    I know you just built an addition to your shop mate, but you may want to
    consider this.

    A guy here bought a +million USD house here and wanted a 'workshop'. So
    what's he do? Jacks up the house and builds a two story basement.
    Complete with overhead crane so he can move his toys around. Evidently
    he builds steam locomotives.
