Wicked Uncle Nigel emerged from their own little world to say Did it take much persuading to start? It never has in the past. Hope you have as many years service from it as my dad, who died in 1988, and I had. Those Canucks build some robust kit as it has seen some serious use in the last 25[0] years on the family smallholding. [0] apart from the last 2 when it has been unused and lurked in the garage at mum's new home.
Using the patented Mavis Beacon "Hunt&Peck" Technique, wessie A bit. The fuel in the tank was (obviously) past its burn-by date, so I changed that, cleaned the filter a bit and heaved on the starter. It started before I keeled over, so it can't have been long. ;^) -- Wicked Uncle Nigel - Manufacturer of the "Champion-105" range of rearsets WS* GHPOTHUF#24 APOSTLE#14 DLC#1 COFF#20 BOTAFOT#150 HYPO#0(KoTL) IbW#41 ZZR1100, Enfield 500 Curry House Racer "The Basmati Rice Burner", Honda GL1000K2 (On its hols) Kawasaki ZN1300 Voyager "Oh, Oh, It's so big"
Another snowboarding break? Have fun, either way. Have made lots of progress with the KRC lap-time 'analysis' web page. Will post a link as soon as it's robust enough.
Using the patented Mavis Beacon "Hunt&Peck" Technique, sorby Givvit here... <spanner, spanner, spanner, ping!> Oh. It's not very robust, is it? -- Wicked Uncle Nigel - Manufacturer of the "Champion-105" range of rearsets WS* GHPOTHUF#24 APOSTLE#14 DLC#1 COFF#20 BOTAFOT#150 HYPO#0(KoTL) IbW#41 ZZR1100, Enfield 500 Curry House Racer "The Basmati Rice Burner", Honda GL1000K2 (On its hols) Kawasaki ZN1300 Voyager "Oh, Oh, It's so big"
Which link are you playing with? That old one I posted? That's *so* yesterday. I've just replaced it. Try again... http://www.designacuity.com/krc/ No analysis or overall stats yet (coming soon) - but it looks pretty! )
Using the patented Mavis Beacon "Hunt&Peck" Technique, sorby <stares at feet> I wasn't sir. I was just trying to make a joke sir. Champ started it sir! Yeah, it does. Colours. We need colours. -- Wicked Uncle Nigel - Manufacturer of the "Champion-105" range of rearsets WS* GHPOTHUF#24 APOSTLE#14 DLC#1 COFF#20 BOTAFOT#150 HYPO#0(KoTL) IbW#41 ZZR1100, Enfield 500 Curry House Racer "The Basmati Rice Burner", Honda GL1000K2 (On its hols) Kawasaki ZN1300 Voyager "Oh, Oh, It's so big"
the cont known as sorby says... I have no idea how to understand that but it seems impressive nonetheless
Using the patented Mavis Beacon "Hunt&Peck" Technique, Wicked Uncle (Poor form, I know) As you were, I've found the colours. Hmm - I was sort of hoping it wouldn't be too hard to read. It'll become clearer with some proper legends and team-names etc. The 'vertical' layout shows all the laps (between the selected lap or time range). Each selected team's laps are overlaid over the others. The lap time is on the y-axis. The elapsed time is on the x-axis. The 'horizontal' layout was Ferrier's idea and displays each team's laps as contiguous blocks horizontally. The bigger the block the longer the lap. Any feedback is greatfully received as I think this could, eventually, be quite a useful tool as the season progresses.
Examining pit stops. The one where I managed to jam the rear spindle is lap 123 with a 9'12 lap (making for a ~7'50 pit stop). Actually seeing how Kawasaki Newcastle (they stopped for tea) and we (we simply fucked it up) lost a couple of (point) places because of pit stops after the riders had worked so hard reinforces the point we as a team need to be so much more slicker at it than others. The team has the gear (in the fuel rig) it could really give us an edge. Especially over the 24 hour; 1 minute saved a stop is nearly half an hour.
