    I also need to cancel our coffee tommorrow, I've just called in at the
    Docs as I was still feeling bad - it turns out I've come home with an ear
    infection, throat infection and chest infection (borderline pneumonia) -
    No wonder I've felt so shit!

    Oh well - 500mg Amoxicillin x 3 daily should stop the pneumonia taking a
    hold. So I'm planning on spending my birthday sleeping instead.

    BTW, I still have something I wanted to email you so I still need a valid
    addy.
