Very few about this trip, and no luck getting a guide from the local moto club. No, almost welcoming, blurb in the Mairie and a very snotty reception at the tourist office when asking about it. Someone told me that the law has changed recently. I am sure the risks of actually being apprehended are small, and a suitably muddy registration plate would be a good idea, but a couple of really good tracks start and finish close enough to the chateau that an aggrieved local could easily make the connection and bring unwelcome official visits.
