    I'm just wondering whether it would be legal to build a modern forecar.
    Obviously it's fine to turn a standard motorcycle into a trike, but is there
    anything in Construction & Use forbidding a front-seat passenger?

    The front wheels turn. If you look carefully, you can see stuff like track
    rods etc in some of the pictures.
