Yup. I modded my '78 model with Progressive springs.
    Can't say I ever noticed.
Ah. I had the optional spoked ones.
Yup. Mine blew in the middle of the Daryford Bridge =:O
Yes again. What's that whining sound? Oh, another bearing...
    Mine was OK.
Oh yes. Where's the fusebox? Inside the effing headlamp. And where's
the headlamp? Inside the effing fairing... Hours of fun.
    Yup. electronic conversion on mine.
Well, with modded forks mine was better...
Do you see me disagreeing? The monolever ones handle far better - it's
just a shame about the missing horsepower, down (IIRC) to 60bhp from
    70bhp.

I emailed a couple of places today to see if I can buy a more <cough>
open exhaust system. Motobins have quoted all the inlet rubbers I need
for the carbs, now I just need a couple of R100R 40mm inlet stubs,
they screw straight into the Mono RS head.

WTF can one buy decent megaphone mufflers these days?

In the end it is bound to need an hour on a Dynojet rig anyway.

seems the ones I'm going to look at are

    K1 the 4 pot ones

Ones faired and panniers and in good condition, the other ones 'ex
Police' all there but a bit rough.

    Any ideas on these ?

    thanks
