With only 2 hrs to go, this looks like it could be a fair price: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1978-YAMAHA-X...80QQihZ017QQcategoryZ9809QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem (1978 XT500, £1000) What's your view? -- Dan L (Oldbloke) My bike 1996 Kawasaki ZR1100 Zephyr Space in shed where NSR125 used to be Spare Bike 1990 Suzuki TS50X (Patio Ornament) BOTAFOT #140 (KotL 2005/6), X-FOT#000, DIAABTCOD #26, BOMB#18 (slow), OMF#11
There's no point whatsoever in going by the existing bids when there are still two hours to go. I reckon it'll make £1300-1400.
£1,120.00, bid was entered in the last 2 minutes. As there was only 1 bid up until that point, from a zero rated buyer, one wonders how impartial they were. Still, I would have given £1120 for it, if I had such a sum hanging around, reckon it'd be a right hoot to ride. -- Dan L (Oldbloke) My bike 1996 Kawasaki ZR1100 Zephyr Space in shed where NSR125 used to be Spare Bike 1990 Suzuki TS50X (Patio Ornament) BOTAFOT #140 (KotL 2005/6), X-FOT#000, DIAABTCOD #26, BOMB#18 (slow), OMF#11
That's cheap. Oh, hang about, I forgot - it's a bank holiday, isn't it? You never get a good seling price on a bank holiday. Trust me on this.
As I learned to my advantage. Tally so far this w/e: - New seat for the VFR (the one on mine has a couple of tears in it) for 31 quid. - Cyrus Straight Line amp for hunnerdanfifty although I probably overpaid that a little (but shop prices for there are anywhere between 200 and 400 squids)
