I thought they actually wanted to call it the "felcher" -- Cheers! Fr Jack 96 Tiger. FRJACKUKRM AT GMAIL DOT COM skype: fr.jack (without the dot)
The Older Gentleman yik-yakked: Following on from that, and some pics the owner sent over showing the bike in a state of assembly, I've uploaded these and the info he sent to http://www.jenningsfamily.info/bikestuff/index.htm If you or anyone else can be arsed, have a look then let me know what you think is a *realistic* price considering the info there. Ta.
In that state? Blimey. Forget what I said earlier. 1300 quid if it runs. A grand if not. And how can you lose a petrol tank?
The Older Gentleman yik-yakked: Aha, I knew it wasn't totally intact but I thought stupid bolt ons like the seat, side panels etc. Ta. I'll tell him. Practise. It's got the potential to be a decent bike - I quite fancy making an offer for the bigger tank, but there's no way I'd pay 2k for the bike, as you say. I know another from this parish was quietly watching how this panned out, and your advice fits with what he thought too. Thanks TOG. I appreciate that.
