I get ¤0.065 per km. But then again, I pay nowhere near as much taxes
for the CoCage as you lot do in the UK.

Dead right. I made a mint out of that at Lucent. Which is why I
didn't want a company car. (that and the fact that they didn't offer
    2-door, 2+2 sports cars).

Hmm, we're on 26.5p/mile which apparently is to bring us in line with
    you...

Sounds low for using your own car, but it might have been what we *were*
    on at some point.

Our co-car is between 9 & 12p/mile depending on engine size and fuel...
Private is whatever platy was offered, plus what you can get back off
    the taxman.

    What/where is this SBK anyway?
60r/kilometre over here... that's 42p/mile at current rates, which
ain't bad when petrol's 66p/litre and the same rate applies for bike
    use as well as car...

Yeah, own car. Mine costs 11p/mile so I don't mind. However, we are
encouraged to use the train if at all possible.

    Hmm...

Actually, I have my super-dynamic manager on the case, so I expect
    spectacular results any decade now.

Same here. I hate doing the "splitting the bill" thing in restaurants if I
go out for a curry with mates, especially if there is some **** who's intent
on pointing out that he didn't have starter, or only 3 pints. It's bloody
    embarrassing.
