If you're not already exercising, then don't start until you know where your
sugars are. If they're high, exercise can drive them higher. You're in no
danger of exercise driving them lower to the point of clocking off for an
hour or two, but it'll still give a skewed reading for your next check.

Posting toUKRM is the major one, along with having a penchant for bike
riding. Unusually (for a UKRM-er) pissing, as opposed to getting pissed is
another symptom. Feeling shagged too as opposed to getting a shag. Raging
apathy and the desire to do **** all, so that symptom usually goes
un-noticed, but a general feeling of "**** it, I can't be arsed" is common.

When you start getting cramp in your legs, headaches all the time, puking
for no reason, seeing double, have a fuse so short you get angry with
yourself for fucking breathing and begin talking like Nige, you KNOW you've
become a sugar mong and there's no need to have any tests:)

I will prepare myself then. Dad is Type 2, as is Mum, as is Lil Bruv
who is 9 years younger than me. My Nan was insulin dependent for the
last 5 years of her life.

  7. Right, ta.
Exercise as such isn't really on the agenda anyway, just my normal
    routine for a fortnight.

Hmm, interesting. I fit a lot of those symptoms. I guess I should
    wander down to the docs.

The trouble is that it's increasingly present in drinks that aren't
branded as diet and you have to check the label when buying a packaged
    drink.

Especially if it says "No added sugar".
