I saw the same, or similar, in Putney last Thursday. The rider, just
putting his lid on as I passed, was black. Did 'yours' have a moody plate?

 

Apart from the obvious deficit in the taste department, don't things
like that cause a load of buffeting? Or do the idiots that wear them
never go fast enough to notice?
