    For sure, after some problems with a holiday last year I'd sooner suck
    Satan's salty cock than use Tony Backhurst again. It all could have
    been resolved quickly on our return but no finally this week a IMO not
    100% satisfactory conclusion.

    eh? I thought it was standard knowledge - it was certainly something
    that we used in customer retention work some 15 years ago. A company
    that just delivers 'good' service will get decent scores, but a
    company that deals well with a problem will get better ones.
