As next w/e is one of my few w/e's off I'm planning to do a run through
the Trough of Bowland, should anyone like to join me.

If I do it on Saturday I might even bother having a BBQ/eats back at
    mine afterwards.

Could this constitute a "training" run, or would likely participants all
    be quick?
    As in *quick*

Heh, not all that quick, I don't think. Don't worry about it though if
someone is slower you re-group at a turning point so it won't be a case
    of getting lost.

And as the group should be of mixed abilities I don't see anything for
    you to worry about.

Hmm. I may well be up for that. One thing I`m not short of lately is spare
    time....

Whats the planned route up there? I assume leaving from SP or nearby.

Aye, you got it right. Generally I'll choose either the SP or the
Little Thief on the A59. The SP choice gives me a much nicer run out
    though )

Generally I'll choose either the SP or the
"SP" would need to be expanded for this listener.

Scotch Piper Inn, Southport Road, Lydiate.

Where those nasty bikes congregate on a Wednesday night, annoy all the
locals and rape and pillage and stuff.

You know what you can do, don't you? That's right. Just don't let your
missus catch you at it, ok?

I don't know the circumstances, so I was being nice in case the
circumstances meant you were hurt in some way.

    I think. Or something.

    Anyway, where were we?
