I want to park close to the train station early on Friday morning,
train to Lunnon returning in the evening. Any suggestions for secure
(car) parking that's easy enough for me to find ? Or any locals happy
for me to stick a car on their drive for a day ?

    Cheers,

    Paul.

Are you going to collect this lump of hardware as you're in the area?

I could probably meet you in Londinium with said object on the
presumption that you can deal with lugging it around.

Does the train pass through Wigan ? Bigger car park there. And easier to get
    to.

I normally use Runcorn myself (Liverpool/London line)
