    Depends on the contract innit. If its IR35 caught I reckon the
    contractor would generally be better off working under an umbrella. My
    last contract was considered IR35 caught but I already had a co set up
    so stuck with that. I was worse off than colleagues operating under
    umbrella schemes.

    However, I didn't risk ignoring the IR35 aspect and stumped up the
    employers NI for the sake of being able to sleep at night.
