Here's your chance Donald. Sort the deal out for him then once he's
collected it you sneak round his house and have it away. Break it,
flog the bits on Ebay and it's job done.

It's a proven way of boosting your bank balance in times of hardship.

But it's vast! Like Goldwing proportions - a totally different kind of
    bike.

Compared to a K1200LT, it's the perfect town bike. I didn't find mine
too bad in town but after an 1150GSA, not many bikes seem to be too tall
    and too wide.

Oh I dunno - I bet you could haggle him down:

As a shortarse I found my K100RS a bit top heavy , maybe because of
    the 5 gallons of fuel
in the , um , fuel tank whereas the Pan Euro that replaced it is much
    more manageable as the
6 gallons of fuel is lower down.

Genuinely think it will be the 75 or 100 really due to cost etc and Im
not bothered if its good round town as I dont do any riding like that
to be honest, main bike use is a 10 mile each way commute, when I have
something like the Beemer then Ill do some long trips to the seaside
and out and about with 'er indoors.

Ah yes but I want a tourer for er, touring.
Dry miles only, I've never seen those 3 words in a sentence??

To be fair, the scooters are one thing, the bike quite another, and the
choppers been sorned since last may through ongoing work needing to be
done and a recently discovered fucked exhaust :-/

Neither scooter has a battery, and none of the below are dry stored.
