  4. There's a little pub a few miles south of Port Logan that does a
    fantastic steak pie. Very bike-friendly, and you'll have no language
    problems, as the landlord is English...

  6. Drummore, specifically the Drummore Hotel. About 4 miles S of Port
    Logan, another mile or so and you get spectacularly wet. Apparently
    on a clear day you can see the IoM from the Mull of Galloway.
