Paging South Eastern Krew

    Two things.

    1) Prawn has just sent me a text asking if anyone is interested in a
    South Eastern Hoon on Saturday.

I will be unable to attend due as I'm working.

Prawn assures me the day will be dry.

    2) When Biz and I went out for a scream through the Alkham Valley and
ended up in Rye last night (apologies from the unintentional
shoplifting incident), prawn suggested placing a label on the South
    Eastern peepses.

Over the past few weeks it has been discussed with several people and
several names have been proposed. Hopefuls are BOTATFN (Bikers of the
A259), BOTSEOE (Bikers of the South East of England) and the newly
suggested "KUNTSEX" (Kent/Sussex) which does sound a bit more fun.

Does anyone have any thoughts relating to names? Does anyone object
to having a number (Your very own KUNTSEX/BOTATFN/BOTSEOE number...)
    and is one needed?

    BGN says...
The A259 is full of 40 limits and sucks until you leave Romney, and then
it's just dead straight to Breznett. Fucking boring road imo.

If it keeps them away from the Burnham Bends then it is fine by me.

    Biz says...
That's what it's like leaving Folkestone towards Lydd. I only go as far
as the roundabout where you turn right for Ashford, cos that's my way
    home.

Well assuming you're heading in a general easterly Folkestone direction,
head north towards Ashford instead - come off the A2070 at Hamstreet (which
isn't that far up the road from Brenzett), venture along the through the
village and then turn right onto the Aldington / Hythe road... far more
    entertaining.

Given your, umm, well, gay-as-****-ness, and proximity to the
Romney area, may I suggest the rather apt Bikers Of The Marsh,
    aka BOTM?

That's the one... also links up quite nicely with the B2068 Stone
Street...which can be a bit boring, which is why I quite often turn off at
Seven Mile Garage, then take the Stelling Minnis / Bossingham road through
to where it meets back up with Stone Street again, at Lower Hardes.

You're welcome, I think having my formative months of riding
influenced by people like Whinging Courier and UKRM in general have
    paid off.
I did intend to stop before I had a disagreement with the Rover, but
as the ER-5 has crap anchors I felt that it was best to swerve.
I usually go around bends at a speed where I can stop should I need to
by using other clues. I was watching the lights on the Rover
mentioned above to see if he was going to slow down as there can be a
short queue after that bend. After coming around the bend I saw there
was no queue and carried on as normal until he decided that he should
probably stop using his handbrake or suchlike.

One of the first things said to me when I was very new here was
probably by Auvache and it's stuck with me. It went along the lines
of "Whenever you go out for a blast always aim to have at least one OH
SHIT moment, it lets you know that you're alive."
