Yes please mate. I assume the bags are a standard fit on all baglux
covers? I've no idea what the one true colour is but as long as it's
    not pink I'm not bothered.

If you're going to Pembrey any chance you could take it with you? If
not I'll have a blast down to your place on the bike one day you're
    around.

Well there's three of us, now four, that I know of, for sure. But it's only
to be expected of lardy old touring bus owners[1].

Which one, Pembrey or ride to your place and what is this one true
colour you speak of my sage?

We're moving house to about 2 miles away from this one. I dunno if I'll
be at Pembrey, all depends on whether the race bike gets mended.

Black is the one true colour.

OK, well if I fancy a blast out one weekend I'll drop you a mail or
something to see if someone will be around. Actually the weather is
supposed to be quite nice Sunday so I might make it this weekend if
    you're around?

If you are going to crash theres no better time. It'll be cheaper in
    the long run. Trust me.

I have the cover already and in fact, thinking about it, could do with a
    bag by Saturday. Erk.

  14. As a lender or for exchange of beer tokens?
If the former, thanks, but no, I need one, I might as well buy one.

If the latter - is it Black and are you in on Saturday or stupidly early
    sunday monring?

So not all 'the same'. But the bags themselves are not model-specific so
much as they are type-specific. They make ones designed for trailies and
others for sprotsbikes, so within each genre you're pretty safe. And
presumably it was the shape, rather than the mounting clips, which was
    wrong?

  18. nope, the opposite. it would have fitted the bike if the mounting
clips had been in different places.

Oh. How odd. When I bought mine there didn't seem to be any choice of clip
design - maybe they've changed it at some unspecified point in the past, or
perhaps one or the other was a cheap Taiwanese copy.

  20. well this was a bag bought direct from baglux [1] and a cover with a
    baglux label.

it might just have been because the shape of the trailie tank is odd
that they couldn't put the clips (or rather bars as it was the cover)
    in the standard place.

[1] worked on my previous trumpet and my current one.
