Any decent bike parking near TitheBarn street? What are they like for
bikes left on pavements as long as they are out the way? Should it be
really crappy weather where is best to park the cage

I'm on a 3 day MQ course there from tomorrow.

    TIA

Don't do it, they will nick anything not bolted down.
At home, Liverpool is currently being dug up.
Tough. Get the tram ... oh hang on they have fucked up that as well now.

I'd suggest leaving now then, most of the City Centre is being dug up
in preparation for the CoC 2008 thingummy, lots of tailbacks and
one-way systems or blocked-off roads in operation atm. You really
haven't chosen the best time to visit the centre of Liverpool.

If you can, I would say that you'd be best getting the train into Lime
Street and walking to Tithebarn Street from there.

You can get a train from Lime St to Moorfields, turn right out of
Moorfields and Tithebarn St is straight ahead.

If you're coming by bike head towards the Birkenhead tunnel, at the
roundabout by the entrance continue round into Dale St (A57). Continue
past Rigbys (pub on the right) and turn right towards Exchange Flags.

If you do come in by car the nearest car park to Tithebarn St would
    probably be
