  15. ITYM Lasik. Best Aus$5000 I have ever spent. After years of being told
    by optomotrists that my eyes weren't bad enough to have it done I went
    to see them directly and they told me I was a perfect candidate. After
    having it done it has massively improved my life as all my hobbies were
    a pain the in backside to do in glasses (motorbiking, shooting,
    brazilian jiu jitsu and scuba diving).

    I've been looking at the permanent solution too, the only thing I can
    get done is intraocular lens.

    Was quite disappointed to find that it can only match the vision you
    currently have with glasses and not give you 20/20.

    Still, extremely paranoid about replacing a (not so) perfectly working
    natural lens with an artificial one.

    Lucky for me the price is sufficiently high enough to make me think very
    carefully about the risk.
