Can you drop me a mail re Saturday & EOSM? will
    work.

I'm probably going to go up for the afternoon/early evening then will take
advantage of the headlights on the Strom and ride home late in the day.

On a different note, in one of my own little world turn type things it looks
like the SO has finally reached the mass concensus and decided she can't
figure out why she's with me either.

I mention this only because it means I'm much more likely to be up for
regular FOTs as weekends will be free. The only drawback is I probably can't
now afford either petrol or tyres!

Ho hum. Something about glasses and relative volumes.

    Heh.

    Nice return.

Good luck and all that, I'd imagine the financial effects will last
longer than the emmotional pain unfortunately.

Might not be able to do halves this time though :-|
It's not so much the mortgage - more the incidentals of living (council tax,
water, food etc etc etc etc). They were /2 - now they are /1.

<shrug> In the long term keeping the house is the best option in terms of
asset - it's just going to be a bit of a bugger for the short term.

Now I know Ben said you have boy band looks but I don't think you are
really rent boy material. It's just a hunch as IANAE in this market.

Probably small consolation but you get a discount on your council tax
    of 25% for sole occupancy.

  16. Not a problem - I don't worry about things like that.
But your council tax will fall because you get a single person discount
provided you tell the council. Given you said you'd forgotten to eat
elsewhere in the thread the food bill should fall as well. If the water
is metered then you should use less as well as for electricity and gas.
Not everything is a fixed charge.
Yes I imagine that will be the short term nightmare.
