Am I right in thinking that Kappa luggage is interchangable with Givi? -
I've been pricing up pannier cases, and Kappa do a pair of 40lt side
cases for not much more than a single 42lt Givi case.

Also need a new lid. Probably a Roof, 'cos Katie really rates hers. Is
the difference between the Diversion / Daytona and Le Mans just the
paint scheme? - I want something that takes the same visors as her
Diversion, but prefer the Daytona / Le Mans colours.

Finally - ISTR the Roof Boxer flip-front doesn't have a proper chinbar -
even if it does, would I be right that the Boxer takes a different visor
    anyway?

    Cheers,

    SteveH says...
Yes they are interchangeable. There's a handy webpage here for BMW F650
owners who want to fit luggage, they also give details of what boxes are
    interchangeable:

    http://faq.f650.com/FAQs/AftermarketLuggageFAQ.htm#Five Star Rack
    &%20Kappa%20Luggage

Scroll down to the bit that shows the Five Stars rack with Kappa luggage
    and look at point 5.
    Sounds about right.
This web page gives you all you need to know, they are the same shell
    with different graphics:

I hear they are quiet and comfy, but they have problems with the top
vents going awol, and it's impossible to replace them without pulling
the polystyrene liner out. The Boxer is not tested as a full face lid,
the chinbar is purely decorative and the visor is different as shown
    here:

    and here:

Isn't it amazing what you can find in 10 minutes with google?

    Cheers for that.
Unfortunately, I was using google.co.uk, and didn't get those links.
