    Apologies for not responding via email, apparently Blueyonder's SMTP
    server is on a blacklist and your ISP's mailserver is bouncing my
    emails.

    Yes it did thanks Ben; very useful that.
    Our hosting provider have just informed me that they use "the ORDB and SORBS
    real-time blacklist services to refuse mail sent from listed systems." I
    wonder what else has been bounced ...

    Yes, that's detailed in the bounce message. I really wish Blueyonder
    would get their act together and get themselves off these blacklists.
