Hey guys .... For those that were thinking of coming along here are the
details ...

Anyone heading in from the north side? I'll be hitting sydney from up north
Saturday morning, but don't really know my way around these day when you get
south of about hornsby (its been a long time since I've been down that way)

Hills District.
Pirate Petes Coffee Shop 540 Old Northern Road, Round Corner Dural
Meet from 9am for departure no later than 11 .30 am

Caltex servo Gladesville Victoria road just past police station on left
travelling away from the city
Meet Guy (Black Aprillia , yellow helmet) from 10.40 am for 11 am departure

Loftus
Meet at the Gate to National Park at Loftus for an 1 2 :00am leave.
(next left after crossing the tram lines pull up on the left before toll
gates)
The ride will (obviously) be through the national park to the main
meet/assembly point at Helensburgh.

A group from Bikers Australia are leaving from the shed , Unit 4/179
Woodpark Rd Smithfield departure 10 .45 am & then they will be regrouping at
loftus

Eastern Creek Ulysses will be leaving from McDonalds at Seven Hills

Main Meet/Assembly Point: 1pm for 1.15pm departure
Outside the Golf Driving range on the Old Princes Highway at Helensburgh
(just north of the roundabout corner of Old Princes Highway, Lawrence
Hargraves Drive and the F6 Southbound off ramp).
The assembled group will then ride as one to the Stanwell Tops conference
centre to meet the children and families.
The riders will leave this point at 1: 15pm sharp (the ride to Stanwell Tops
will take a few minutes but the kids enjoy when all the bikes arrive
together)

The proposed route

From "The Tops" Conference Centre leaving around 2pm , we will ride down the
Expressway and then down Bulli Pass and back up the coast road over the new
bridge and back up to the conference centre for a sausage sizzle provided by
camp quality which will give everyone an opportunity to socialise with the
children & their

Hopefully I will get enough bikes that everyone will be able to go in one
group if not we will organise a second run for any one who doesn't get to go
on the first run.

Spare Gear:
As you can imagine we are going to need a large amount of extra gear in a
variety of sizes, please bring along what you can , if you can't carry it
with you please contact me for a drop off address or I will try & arrange to
pick it up. Also please put your name & phone number on a piece of paper
inside a pocket of any spare jacket & if possible some sort of mark or
sticker on helmets & gloves that you can identify as yours.

 

I will be there with a spare helemt /jacket etc.

If you are desperate for bikes I know a couple of Harley riders who I may be
able to talk into coming along

spot from my end, but its the only one I know how to get to *grin*
