Goes without saying. I wouldn't have any other model.

    Oh, of course.
I don't really care. I like things to be aesthetically-pleasing,
naturally, but if an item is unequivocally better, I'm happy to take
the design hit. Which is why I bought my Nissan 200 instead of the
Audi TT I was looking at.

Oh, that's available now, is it? I remember reading about it.

Well, I already said it looks shite on the interior and as you just
mentioned, if you spend 70 grand on a car shouldn't you get a slighlty
    better finish?

To be fair, the interior shots are shite. From the looks of things, it
needs new carpets and more sympathetic speakers in the doors.

Other than that, it looks like a pretty decent condition, original P5
interior. The wood capping on the driver's door is in what looks like
perfect condition - maybe the owner wanted to keep the original
    interior?

Still, it was never £70k to build.

He's got (or had) a Vincent, which 'had a holiday' at my parent's place
when he had to 'lose' a few assets. I'm not sure if he ever returned to
collect it or not - it was there for quite a few years iirc.

I'll be sure to pass on your request. Would you like your "**** off"
    now or later?

No problem, I'll stick it in the oven to keep it warm.

I've done sub-contract work for them, mainly recovering door trims,
gear lever gaiters and steering wheels. A company I worked for did a
few car/Rangie retrims for them back in the mid 90s and I was dragged
in to do the smaller bits when time was short as I was actually the
    sales manager.

Some customer requests were veging on the ridiculous.
