  2. Hm... be haven't got Big John and Sean with us.

There are no rivers for Tim Crowther to get on the wrong side of.

Sniper might have another puncture. My money's on him.

Chépy doesn't look big enough to need coordinates.

    I've slept through CT's snoring, so I shouldn't worry.

Have you got that Z200 switch yet?

  13. Oh, yeah, thanks.

I actually fired up the bike today - got it running. The engine sounds
very sweet, but it's running roughly so I suspect the old problem of a
gummed-up carb. Cleaned the jets, but that made no real difference.

    Ignition timing is spot on.

I haven't worked out what to do with this thing yet. Original plan was
to get it back on the road, but now I dunno. I might tote it down to
Kempton, in which case I owe you a beer or three.

    That's what I intend.

I know the PO is pretty good but "Platty's House, nr. Bristol" may not be
enough for even the most diligent postman.

Pretty much what I've got - mine's just a bit too noisy.
Mine's better - needs a cover but the base is sound.
Urgh. Sounds like a pocket CB500T. Mine's a nice black colour.
    Manifold leaks?

"During the war", my dear old mum received a letter addressed:

    "Mrs Warburton, Ripon"

She was quite impressed with the GPO for that one.
