Paging Fireblade Owners

    Tullyhubbert of ni.motorcycles infamy has a Fireblade of 2000'ish vintage.
    He just changed the gearing at the front sprocket and is convinced the
    speedo is reading out. I had a root around but couldn't see a sensor. Where
    do they pick up speedo input from? and can it be corrected.

    IIRC it's on the output shaft of the gearbox just behind the front sprocket

    Same on VFR and CBR6 that I owned. The odometer will be recording the wrong
    distance too.
