Paging Excel gurus days, hours, minutes...

    I'm having a minor brain storm, struggling with an (apparently) simple
    issue.

    Cell 1 format: dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm
    Cell 2 format: dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm

    Cell 3: I want to display Cell2 minus Cell1 expressed as a total of hours
    and minutes hhh.xx

    Then I'll apply to a range
