    Champ says...
    ZX7Rs use the same mirror as GPZ500S D models, ZXR400L, ZXR750J and L,
and ZX6R F models. The same mirror may be used on other Kawasakis, but
these are the most common applications. If you want white mirrors, use
the ones fitted to some KR-1s and KR1-Ss, same style and fittings, just
    made in white plastic.

well, I compared directly with the 03-plate 6R that's parked in the
basement here at work beside my 7R. Completely different. But
presumably the older 6Rs had the same mirrors.

  6. No, but the riding I have done in London was on the CX, which
    didn't have any mirrors.

I thought the r65 was for commuting, and the blade was
"real" roads, and the zx-7r was for tracks? Why take an
almost track bike into london; it seems the height of
    perversity?

the r65 is for moldering in the garden because it's fucked; the blade
    is for sale.

Does the price vary depending on which on model you tell the dealer it's
    for? :)

I know you're joking, but the answer is no.

However, in the early 80s, my mate discovered that the chrome
headlight rim for the Kawasaki z250 and the Honda Superdream were
identical, down to the original japanese sub-contractor's markings on
the inside. However, the Honda part was twice the price.

I'm not. If I was going to encourage him, I'd have replied "That's a
cracker" in a foul faux-Oirish dialect.

J.A.Locke in Edmonton. They're usually OK though.
no. The instructions are vague - just tells you that the switch to the
left means anti-clockwise and to the right means clockwise. I was
going on the assumption that to undo things, you set it to
anti-clockwise, put a suitable "bit" in the drive, but this into the
thing you want to shift, and whack the end of the impact driver with a
    fucking big mallet.
I think a combination of this and the impact driver will shift it.

  19. Yep. Many times. Also soaking with WD40 should help.
