"Dan L" said Sheffords only down the road from me too! And i recognise the scooter, in fact it was on the dyno day that I was at last month over at Cambridge. Pushed out a respectable 12bhp IIRC, standards about 6 to 7 as a 125. The mugello's a recent but well tried and tested modification and will do a cruising 60mph comfortably on the set up he's got on it, with a top of near 70 i would say, so for a 40 year old scooter, more than enough i would say. As for £2.5K? I have it on fairly good authority that he'd take £2K for it (may be the reserve actually) However, personally, I wouldn't ever pay more than a grand or a grand and a half for ANY scooter, christ, mint SX200's are going for £5K these days, **** knows why as anyone knows that the Series 2's are the lambretta to own -- Donegal Paul - On the mend Maico Letta 247cc - Needs work!
