    I've got one of them in blue. Looks to be the exact same thing. Storm
    cover[1], the magnets zip off to turn it into a map-pocket only, and
    the bag has rucksack straps. The bag itself expands to swallow a full
    face helmet.

    [1] The elastic has snapped in the cover, so there's a five minute job
    to run some new elastic around the "hem".
