I resent the very implication. No probs actually, brake BU seal was fine, the oil was from the LH fork seal.<rolls eyes>
Good old boy. Nobody thought to smell the escaped fluid, then? Even so, that's the cleanest fork oil I've ever seen. When you're putting the re-sealed fork leg back in, remember to fit new brake caliper mounting bolts. With Loctite.

Well quite. Proper fork oil is cloudy, brown and foul-smelling. Its hardly suprising we didn't consider that option.
